MINIMUM ORDER:
No minimum order is required.

TERMS:
Terms are prepaid or COD payment for first-time customers; net 30 days from invoice date
upon credit approval. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Returned checks will be charged a $20.00 service charge.

PAYMENT:
Payment must be in U.S. funds and may be made by check, money order, or
Visa/MasterCard.

CREDIT:
Credit will be considered upon the receipt of a completed and signed SouthWest Credit
Application; call to receive by mail or fax.

DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped on a same-day or next-day basis unless the product is out of stock at the
time of the order. If any part of your order is not immediately available, we will inform you
promptly. If you require delivery before a specific date, please let us know and we will make
every effort to meet your requirements. Product availability may be confirmed at any time by
calling our toll-free number.

SHIPMENT METHODS:
All shipments are made by the most economical method. Most items are shipped via United
Parcel Service. If you have a preferred carrier, we will make every effort to comply with your
preference. Air freight (second-day air, next-day air, etc.) is also available at additional cost.

FREIGHT CHARGES:
Freight charges are the responsibility of the recipient and whenever possible will be added to
the invoice. Some shipments by common carrier may be freight collect. All shipments are
FOB origin. Freight charges are generally not more than 10% of the cost of the merchandise
except for very small orders, COD orders, airfreight, and orders containing some liquid
products which are extremely heavy. We do not add a handling charge.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
The carrier is responsible for any shortage or damage incurred during shipping. It is the
responsibility of the recipient to inspect and promptly report to the carrier any shortage or
damage. In the case of truck shipments, any shortage or damage should be noted in writing
by the recipient on the bill of lading. All claims must be filed with the shipper by the recipient.

RETURNS:
Merchandise may be returned with prior authorization only, within 30 days of original
shipment.
Merchandise shipped by our error will upon your notification be picked up and replaced at no
charge. Merchandise that is unusable due to manufacturing defects is subject to
manufacturer's warranty and will be replaced at no charge whenever possible. Other
merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging, and must be
returned freight prepaid. Such merchandise is subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Authorized returns will be credited to customer's account.

PRICES:
Prices in this catalog are current at time of publication and may be subject to change without
notice. Quoted prices are good for 90 days unless otherwise specified.

LIABILITY:
Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or
consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Before using, user shall
determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and the user assumes all risk
and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. SouthWest Plantscape Products makes no
warranty, express or implied, as to the description, quality, productiveness or any other
matter of any product sold, other than original price at the time of sale.
